The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on this 15th of July, this year. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Brown, with attendance of homeowners in participation.

Upon the call to order, the record from the previous meeting were examined and approved with some amendments.

  • Treasurer Miller, gave a brief financial update outlining the current state of the homeowner association's funds.
  • A number of homeowners raised concerns regarding upcoming developments in the neighborhood, including the proposed tennis court construction and parking regulations.
  • Association members addressed the homeowner's questions, providing clarifications about the initiatives.

After the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled website for October , on the same day next month.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The Homeowners Association is at this time discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to enhance the value of life for all residents while resolving present concerns and facilitating a thriving community.

  • Amongst the proposed amendments are standards related to landscaping, quiet hours, and vehicle placement.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments meticulously and submit their suggestions by September 1st.
  • A public forum will be arranged on August 3rd to address the proposed amendments in greater detail.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project

Our dedicated community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to enhance the visual appeal of our community by installing flowers, cleaning up public zones, and supporting a sense of pride.

We're consistently working on numerous projects, including the renewal of our community garden. We invite you to contribute in making Sherwood Lakes a truly wonderful place to call home.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is right around the corner. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.

A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!

Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents

Enhance the safety and security of our vibrant community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program.
